5-story Italianate residential building originally completed in the 1860s, around the same time as the other similar buildings lining the block on Lexington Avenue. It is clad in brownstone, with a projecting 2-story base that was added later. The ground floor has a glass-and-metal storefront on the left, and a recessed residential entrance on the right with a black wood, iron, and glass door. The 2nd floor has three 2-over-2 square windows and is topped by an iron railing.

The upper floors have three bays of single-windows in segmental-arched openings with simple sills. The middle window at the 3rd floor is replaced by a narrow set of French doors opening onto the shallow balcony in front. The windows grow shorter at each floor, and the middle window at the 4th & 5th floors are also replaced by narrow French doors fronted by small, projecting stone balconies carried on elongated pairs of brackets, with basket-style wrought-iron railings. The facade is crowned by a bracketed black metal roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Heritage India Fashions.
