5-story Italianate residential building originally completed in the 1860s, around the same time as the other similar buildings lining the block on Lexington Avenue. It is clad in brownstone, with a 2-story projecting base that was added sometime later. The ground floor has a bright red storefront of stone, metal, and glass, with fluted panels and black trim, with an entrance on the left. To the right is the residential entrance with a black wooden door in a simple stone surround. The 2nd floor has three large square windows and is topped by a stone coping that is slightly stepped up in the middle.

The upper floors have three bays of single-windows in projecting segmental-arched stone surrounds with bracketed sills. The windows grow shorter at each floor, and the facade is crowned by a bracketed brown metal roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Sally's bar.
