5-story Italianate residential building completed in 1860 as a 4-story rowhouse. The original stoop was replaced with a basement-level entrance around 1900, and the 3-bay brownstone facade was been stuccoed, painted white. The arched cornices of the window lintels were also removed. It is topped by a black metal roof cornice.
