6-story office building completed in about 1900. The ground floor is clad in limestone above a black granite water table, and has an angled, cut corner with rusticated piers for an entrance to the ground-floor retail space. The entrance to the upper floors is at the left side of the Beekman elevation, also with rustications on the piers. The upper floors are clad in tan brick, divided into four bays on the Beekman side, and three bays on Park Row. The 2nd & 3rd floors have large single-pane plate glass windows, while the upper floors have paired windows divided by red-painted metal mullions. Both facades are crowned by a red-painted metal roof cornice with dentils and paired brackets. Beginning in the late 1970s, the J&R Music store began expanding, including into this building, remaining until 2012. The lower floors are now occupied by G.S. Smokers smoke shop, and Ricky's skincare and cosmetics.
