Edwin Thomas Booth (November 13, 1833 – June 7, 1893) was a famous 19th century American actor. He would be remembered for that alone, but for his younger brother John Wilkes. He was depicted by sculptor Edmond T. Quinn atop a green pedestal designed by Edwin S. Dodge as a memorial by the Players Club members.
