5-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1884. It is a near-twin of the neighboring building to the north, but is four bays wide instead of three. The facade is clad in orange brick with brownstone trim above a metal-and-glass storefront framed by brown cast-iron, fluted piers. The entrance to the upper floors is at the north end, framed by thinner pilasters.

The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with brownstone sills and lintels; the lintels have scrolled keystones on the 2nd & 3rd floors. The 2nd floor is banded with brownstone, and has a brownstone band course across the top. The 3rd & 5th floors have brownstone sill courses. A brown metal fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a light-brown metal roof cornice with console end brackets, smaller brackets in between, a notch cut out of the middle, dentils, and a frieze of foliate ornament. The ground floor is occupied by The 43rd Deli.
