4-story residential building originally completed around the 1860s as a 3-story (plus raised basement) townhouse. At some point the stoop was replaced by a ground-level entrance, and in the 1900s the facade was replaced. The newer one is clad in grey stone blocks. The ground floor has the entrance on the right, with a slightly-recessed glass door. To the left is a wide window with a black metal grille.

The upper floors have a bay of double-windows on the left, and a single-window on the right, all with simple stone sills. A simple metal coping caps the roof line. The exposed front of the west elevation is clad in grey rough stucco, with a metal vent at each floor.
