5-story residential building originally completed as the northernmost of a row of three houses completed together in 1875. It is clad in white-painted brick above a ground floor with two small metal-and-glass storefronts. Both storefronts have glass doors next to square plate-glass show-windows, and in between is the entrance to the upper floors, also with a glass door.

The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with bracketed sills. A black iron fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a black wooden roof cornice with alternating brackets and panels. The ground floor is occupied by Beauty Threading & Waxing Salon.
