5-story residential building completed around 1870. It is clad in tan-painted stucco scored into blocks, above a ground floor of blue cast-iron and glass. The entrance on the left has a glass door, and the storefront to the south is divided into three bays behind a pair of slender colonnettes.

The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with segmental-arched, beige stone surrounds. The windows grow slightly shorter at each floor, and the facade is topped by a simple metal coping. The ground floor is occupied by Bubo cocktail bar.
