5-story residential building completed sometime around 1870. It is clad in brown stucco scored to resemble brownstone blocks, above a ground floor with a metal-and-glass storefront. The entrance to the upper floors is at the north end, with a metal-framed glass door, sidelight and transom.

The upper floors have three bays of single-windows in segmental-arched openings, with stone sills, growing slightly shorter at each floor. The facade is crowned by a black wooden roof cornice with brackets and panels. The ground floor is occupied by Aunt Bernie's Wine Bar.
