2-story television studio originally completed as a carriage house in the late 1800s. In 1935 it was first converted to other commercial uses, and now houses Murray Hill Studios, a full-service video production facility.
The facade is clad in brownstone. The ground floor has a large, paneled, black garage door on the right. To the left is a single-window, and the entrance with a paneled black wooden door atop three small stone steps, below a rounded, green canvas canopy and a black cornice. The window has a matching cornice, and the garage door has a larger version.
The 2nd floor has four single-windows, with black, bracketed sills and cornices. The facade is crowned by a black metal roof cornice.
