6-story Contemporary-Classicism style residential building completed in 2003. The front facade is clad in white pre-cast stone with red brick edges on the upper floors. The ground floor's stone swoops upward from the ends to form the base of the windows at the 2nd floor. The entrance is on the left, with a paneled wood-and-glass door, and on the right is a double-window with an iron grille that bows outward.

The upper floors have bands of windows four wide in white aluminum framing. Above the 2nd floor, a glass door replaces one of the middle panes, opening onto small, projecting concrete balconies with curved black iron railings. The roof line has a parapet with curved step-ups near both ends, topped by a stone coping and metal railing that is also curved. The building contains 12 apartment units.
