5-story cooperative-apartment building originally completed as a pair of separate houses in a row of three completed together in 1875. These two were combined and given a new facade when they were converted into apartments in 1960. The facade is clad in light-red brick, with a recessed, 2-story area of white brick outlined in white stone at the middle two of its four bays. The main entrance is even further recessed in the north half of this section, down a pair of steps, with wood-and-glass double-doors. A rounded, black canvas canopy extends out over the sidewalk. The outer bays at the ground floor have metal-and-glass storefronts.

The rest of the bays on the upper floors have triple-windows with thin stone sill courses and metal air-conditioning vents below them. A pair of black metal fire escapes runs down the facade, which is topped by a simple metal coping. The building contains 40 apartments. The ground floor is occupied by Plaza Lock & Safe.
