4-story residential building originally completed as a townhouse in 1869. The ground floor was rebuilt in 1955, and now has its entrance on the right, recessed atop three small stone steps with brick risers and iron handrails, in a stone surround. It has a black wood-and-glass door. To the left, a triple-window is set up high on the ground floor, with a brick sill, and there is a stone pier at the east end, with a stone band across the top.

The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with beige stone sills and lintels. A grey-brown iron fire escape runs down the western two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a black wooden roof cornice with console brackets, modillions, and panels with roundels.
