4-story residential building completed around the 1860s. It is clad in scored smooth-stucco, painted brown. The entrance on the left, atop a low, 3-step stoop with iron handrails, has a slightly-recessed wood-and-leaded-glass door. To the right are two segmental-arched windows with iron grilles.

The upper floors have three bays of segmental-arched single-windows, much taller on the 2nd floor. All of the openings have light-tan stone surrounds with projecting sills and curved lintels. The facade is crowned by a light-tan wooden roof cornice with console brackets and a frieze decorated with foliate ornament.
