5-story commercial building completed in 1920. The facade is clad in tan brick above a 2-story black stone base. The ground floor has a wood, metal, and glass storefront with French doors, and the main entrance is at the west end, with a red-painted doorway. The upper floors have bands of five windows with stone sills and brick lintels. Between these floors are trios of recessed rectangles. A metal coping marks the roof line. The ground floor is occupied by Jake's Saloon.
