Site of a former Cineplex-Odeon movie theatre, the Coronet Theatre. Built as a three screen theatre in 1977 and expanded to six screens in 1987, the Coronet closed in 2003 and demolished in 2005. In 2010 an Alberta based developer announce plans to build a 4 story office building with underground parking.
