Regina's Warehouse District comprises 80 blocks between Albert Street and Winnipeg Street and between 4th Avenue and the CPR tracks. The District is centrally located in Regina, and well served by major roadways. The District is at the north-end of Regina’s Arts/Entertainment Corridor. The Warehouse District has about 70 Chicago-style warehouse buildings. Many of these have been upgraded to more contemporary uses such as retail stores, restaurants and night clubs, and condominiums.
