New football stadium to replace Taylor Field. Ground was broken on June 16, 2014 and was mostly complete by August 2016. After hosting three "test" events, the stadium officially opened on July 1, 2017.
It cost $278 million to builld. It is owned by the City of Regina and operated by the Regina Exhibition Association Ltd.
Its major tenant is the Saskatchewan Roughriders of the Canadian Football League.
