A good place to start a walk/run/bike ride on the Potomac/Mt. Vernon Trail.

One of the best spots in the U.S. to sit and watch the planes take off and land. On an average weekend day, you can see 15-30 planes per hour either take off or land from Reagan National Airport.

Access to the park is from the George Washington Memorial Parkway northbound only.

The parking lot and boat ramp are open from 4 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.

Portable toilets adjacent to trail.
