East Potomac Park is a park in Washington, D.C., located south of the 14th Street Bridge. Established in 1917, the park is listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP).
Site improvements and expansion was carried out in the late 1930s by the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC), a New Deal program that operated between 1933 and 1942. The program provided work for unmarried, unemployed men who were struggling to find work during the Great Depression.
