Windfern High School

Windfern High School is a secondary school in the Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District, located at 12630 Windfern Drive in an unincorporated section of Harris County, Texas. Opened in 1995 and often referred to as simply "Windfern", it is an alternate campus of choice in the CFISD; its main focus being graduation.

Windfern is comprised of students around the ages of 17-21 that are taking anywhere from one to five classes. A student typically transfers to Windfern because there has been something that kept them from graduating on time, or they are not going to graduate on time. An application process is employed to select which students would benefit from coming to Windfern. Two graduations are held per year; one in December, for the students completing all of their coursework in the fall semester, and another in May for students finishing in the spring semester.
