Westfield High School is a 9-12 secondary school in the Spring Independent School District, located at 16713 Ella Boulevard in the Westfield community, an unincorporated section of north Harris County. The school originally opened in 1976 as Spring High School South, serving the district's freshmen and sophomore students. During the 1981-82 school year it became a full four-year high school and was renamed Westfield High School.
