The roof line has a brick parapet with three rectangular brick panels highlighted by brick diamond shapes, and a stone coping that is stepped up at each of the four piers, with the end piers peaked. The ground floor is occupied by Fashion Island, and M&J Sushi, and the 2nd floor by The PIT Lofts comedy venue.
