5-story residential building completed around the 1840s. It is clad in red brick. At some point the stoop was removed and the entrance relocated to the ground level, on the left, with a wooden door in wood paneling, set in a black stone surround. The two windows to the right have iron grilles. The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with white stone sills and brick lintels. Air-conditioning vents have been cut below the middle bay. The facade is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with panels and four scrolled brackets. The building is now divided into 10 apartment units. Singer-songwriter Joni Mitchell lived here.
