7-story residential building completed in 1899. Designed by Israels & Harder, it is clad in beige brick and terra-cotta above a 2-story beige stone base and rough-faced granite basement level. The main entrance is centered on the north facade on 19th Street, with a wide 4-step stoop of granite fronting a set of iron-framed glass double-doors in a surround of elaborate ornament, including urns and diamond shapes, with a small shield on top flanked by palm fronds. A pair of scrolled brackets supports a thin cornice with an egg-and-dart molding. To either side are two single-windows and a tripartite window (the westernmost single-window has been shortened). Below these are basement areaways behind simple iron railings, with basement windows.

The upper floors have five single-windows in the middle and tripartite end bays. Brown metal mullions separate the panes in all the tripartite windows. At the 2nd floor the center bay is flanked by a pair of stone shields and ribbons with garlands above. A band course and egg-and-dart molding caps the base. The 3rd-7th floors have stone surrounds at each window, with keystones (larger at the end bays). There are stone quoins at the edges of the facade on these floors, and the top floor has a series of impressive, framed medallions and swags between each bay. A black metal fire escape runs down the middle of the facade, which is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with scrolled brackets alternating with rosettes, and dentils.

The west facade on Irving Place has only two bays of wide single-windows, with the southern one replaced by a black metal service door at the ground floor. The ornament on the upper floors and roof cornice are consistent with the north facade. The rear, east-facing facade is clad in red brick, with one large and one small window on each floor. The building was converted to condominiums in 2015, with 7 units.
