210-foot, 19-story modernist residential building completed in 2024. Designed by CetraRuddy, it is clad in blue-tinted glass in a grid of bronze-hued metal paneling on the northern and western elevations, which feature numerous flowing, rounded corners. Floors are grouped into 1- and 2-story units by the horizontal elements, and there are several small setbacks above the 14th floor, some on the north facade deeper to created a couple of pocketed terraces. The eastern lot line wall is left mostly blank, enclosed in gray EIFS panels with only a few small windows. On top there is an expansive landscaped roof deck surrounding the 19th floor penthouse. The building contains 52 condominium units.
