210-foot, 19-story modernist residential building completed in 2019. Designed by Eran Chen of ODA, it is clad in limestone and reflective blue-silver glass. The front facade is divided into two masses, with the narrower western section separated by a narrow, vertical band of black metal. This section has a storefront at the ground floor; the wider main section has four bays, with two of them having a glass door between glass window panes, the one between them having a revolving door, and the western one having more windows. Black metal canopies cover the two eastern bays.

The upper floors have an irregular fenestration pattern, with windows of varying widths, shapes, placement, and framing. At the narrow west section the cladding changes to a glass curtain wall at the 7th floor, and this section terminates at the 19th floor, with each floor having a very shallow setback. The main, east section continues vertically up to the 14th floor, where various bays begin to disappear, resulting in the top floors at being set back, with a glass curtain wall.

The building's main design statement is its setback, lattice-like top, a perforated, non-projecting cornice that consists of a checkerboard grid of glass panes alternating with open spaces with no panes. A shorter, similar glass cornice tops the lower west section.

The west facade is a glass curtain wall, and the east has white metal paneling, with glass at the top. The building contains 51 condominium units.
