15-story modernist residential building completed in 2019. Designed by HTO Architect, it is clad in dark-grey brick with five large, almost square, slightly recessed glass sections subdivided by black metal bars. Each contains a grid of 4-over-3 window panes. The brick derives its unique look from surface vitrification during the hard firing process, which results in both shiny areas and traces of sand aggregate on the finished product. The ground floor has a set of glass double-doors on the left, with a small glass canopy, and an opaque glass pane and a window to the right. The building contains 14 condominium units, and has a roof deck on top.
