154-foot, 14-story modernist residential building completed in 2010. Designed by Michael Even of EM Design Group, it is clad in reflective glass with thin black metal mullions and thin concrete spandrels above a 2-story base of steel and glass. The base is organized into four main bays, with a narrow section at the east end having a decorative metal grille in front of an opaque window at the ground floor and metal louvers above. The main entrance is in the west bay, with glass sliding doors and a silver metal door. The other bays have garage entrances with roll-down metal gates, and a plate-glass window in the middle bay. Both vehicle entries access the building's automated parking system. The 2nd floor has large plate-glass windows.
The upper floors have glass curtain walls across each floor, divided into an offset pattern of wider and narrower windows by black metal mullions, with four black metal vents interspersed across various locations at the base of each floor. There is a setback above the 10th floor at the eastern half of the facade, with shallow setbacks on the east side stair-stepping up the rest of the floors to the roof line. Each setback creates a terrace with a glass railing, and there is another glass railing around the roof deck on top.
The east facade is unfinished, with concrete and cinder block construction, and a narrow window pane at the front edge, as well as two single-windows near the middle. There is a deep setback at both ends above the 10th floor. The building contains 55 condominium units.
