210-foot, 21-story postmodern residential building completed in 2005. Designed by H. Thomas O’Hara Architects, it is clad in pale-red and brighter orange brick, white stone, and glass. The west two-thirds of the facade are symmetrical, with a balcony-heavy eastern third creating more visual interest. The 2-story base has metal-and-glass storefronts at the ground floor, with grey granite piers. The main entrance is between two of the three storefronts, with two bronze-framed glass doors (one paired with a sidelight) below a glass-and-metal canopy. The 2nd floor is stone, with rough-faced banding, and grooves across the piers. It has eight large square openings with double-windows in the western five, and metal louvers in the eastern three.

The upper floors at the symmetrical section have a recessed center bay of orange-red brick with a double-window at each floor. On both sides is an angled bay with a large single-window, wrapping around to a narrower front-facing window. A pale-red brick pier separates an outer bay with a wider single-window paired to a narrow end pane and then a narrower brick end pier. There are metal vents below both of the wider panes, while the narrower panes have either a white metal panel, a tinted metal panel, or a small glass pane below them. Concrete floor plates are visible delineating each floor. Both outer bays setback above the 15th floor.

The eastern third of the south facade has two bays of recessed windows and glass doors opening onto wide balconies with metal railings (a small wall panel divided each balcony between the two bays). There is a setback at the outer half above the 8th floor, with the inner half of the balconies continuing up to the 15th floor.

Above the 15th floor, the facade is set back, with a five symmetrical bays - the center and end bays have glass curtain walls, consisting of tripartite windows at the ends and a double-window in the middle. The other two bays have double-windows, with red-brick cladding on the 16th-19th floors, and grey metal paneling on the 20th-21st. The metal panels extend a bit higher, and also join across the top of the center bay, where they are accented by a notched cutout. There is an additional bay at the east side, also with tripartite windows, set back a little farther than the other five bays.

The east facade rising above the neighboring building has pale red brick at the front, with a single-window pane at the front edge, where the balconies project from to the south. Behind this are very wide, projecting balconies spanning four bays, that extend up to 15th floor, where the setback at the front edge occurs. From here, the brick changed to brighter orange-red, and the balconies split into two smaller sets from the 16th-20th floors, with a double-window bays and a small, square single-window bay in between. At the front edge, there is a single window pane wrapping around from the south facade.

The building contains 95 condominium units. The ground floor is occupied by Block Tax Advisers, Bis Bas Mediterranean Grill, and Little Folks baby store.
