9-story modernist residential building completed in 1984. Designed by Seymour Churgin, it is clad in red brick. At the base is a 2-story opening in the center, with a glass door and paired window on the ground floor, covered by a rounded, black canvas canopy extending out over the sidewalk. At the 2nd floor is a double-window above the canopy. On either side of the entrance is a red metal service door.

The 3rd-7th floors each have a tripartite window, while the top two floors have two bays double-windows. There are metal air-conditioning vents below each bay.
