5-story Italianate residential building originally completed in 1869 as a 4-story townhouse. It is clad in red-painted brick. The ground floor has a narrow entrance at the west end, with a wrought-iron-and-glass door and transom. To the right is a wide single-window, and on the east half of the ground floor are two narrower single-windows. Two of the windows have iron grilles, and all four openings are topped by curved, black cast-iron lintels, with small brackets at the door.

The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with bracketed black sills and curved lintels like those below. Through-wall air-conditioning units have been cut below the outer bays. The 4th floor is crowned by a black wooden roof cornice with console brackets, modillions, and panels. Above, a newer 5th floor has been added, faced in red stucco. It has a tripartite window on the right, and a single-window with a white iron grille on the left, and is surmounted by a metal railing.

There is also a 4-story rear building separated by a small courtyard. Together they contain 18 condominium units.
