6-story residential building completed in 1910. It is clad in red brick, with a rusticated limestone ground floor and limestone quoins at the edges of the upper floors. The ground floor has a central wood-framed plate-glass window, with a commercial wood-and-glass door on the right, and the residential entrance on the left with another wood-and-glass door below a red canvas clamshell canopy.

The upper floors have two bays of double-windows with splayed stone lintels and simple keystones. Those on the west side are taller, opening onto shallow iron Juliet balcony railings. The shorter east-bay windows have stone sills and through-wall air-conditioning units below them, with more units protruding through the middle of the facade. The building was converted to condominiums in 2013, with 10 units. The ground floor is occupied by SightMD eye doctors.
