5-story Neo-Renaissance residential building completed around 1880. It is clad in red-painted brick above a black cast-iron ground floor with a modernized white metal-and-glass storefront, and main entrance on the left, with a black wood-and-glass door and large transom framed by fluted and paneled cast-iron pilasters.

The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with earth-toned terra-cotta bracketed sills and hooded lintels (with peaked pediments on the 2nd floor). There is a small bathroom window at the middle of each floor, and a black metal fire escape runs down the facade. The building is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with console brackets, modillions, and panels. The ground floor is occupied by Green Earth Laundromat.
