164-foot, 20-story mid-century Modern residential building completed in 1965 as one of a 2-building public housing complex. Designed by Gustave W. Iser, it is clad in tan brick. The left side of the north and south facades are slightly recessed from the rest of the building. The main entrance is centered on the south facade, with a steel-and-glass door set in a grid of steel-framed square windows; to the right, on the other side of an orange column, is a recessed secondary entrance with a red metal door. A steel canopy covers both doorways. To the left the ground floor has a triple-window, and to the right is a single-window, a double-window, and another single-window. The upper floors of the south facade have a single-window bay and a triple-window bay at the recessed west side. The next window bay wraps around the corner, with one pane facing west and a double-pane facing south, followed by two triple-windows and a single-window.
In front of the east facade facing the avenue, a ramp descends from the south, accessing a basement entrance; there are a couple of basement-level windows as well. The first floor has a single-window, two double-windows paired together, and two more single-windows near the north end. The upper floors have a single-window south bay, and then three double-windows. At the top floor, the southeast corner is chamfered.
The north facade is similar to the south. The west facade has two double-windows in the middle and single-window end bays.
