5-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1885. It is clad in red brick with white stone trim. The ground floor has a large blue-painted storefront with cast-iron end piers and multiple French doors. The residential entrance is at the north end with a wood-framed glass door.

The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with stone sills and sill courses, and peaked, hooded lintels decorated with small rosettes. A black metal fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with paired brackets. The ground floor is occupied by The Factory 380 cocktail bar.
