142-foot, 15-story residential building completed in 1984. Designed by Seymour Churgin, it is clad in tan brick. The narrow front facade has two bays of tripartite windows in dark-grey metal framing, with black metal air-conditioning vents below them. The ground floor has a small glass storefront on the left, while the right side has the main entrance with a black wood-and-glass door and sidelights under a black clamshell canopy, and a black metal service door, each set between grey stone piers.

There is a setback above the 8th floor, above which the north bay has double-windows instead of tripartite windows (without vents). A tall mechanical penthouse is set farther back above the top floor. The north and south facades are windowless. The building contains
36 apartment units. The ground floor is occupied by BYOU Laser Clinic.
