It is clad in tan-painted brownstone. The ground floor has a metal-and-glass storefront on the left, and a residential entrance on the right with a metal-framed glass door in a brick surround. The 2nd floor has a small triple-window on the left, and a wide single-window set a little higher on the right, nearer the edge.

The upper floors have three bays of single-windows in segmental-arched openings, growing shorter at each floor. The facade is crowned by a bracketed black metal roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Heritage India Fashions.
