150-foot, 17-story mid-century modern residential building completed in 1974. Designed by Philip Birnbaum & Associates, it is clad in beige brick. The ground floor along the avenue is lined with metal-and-glass storefronts, with a continuation of the north storefront about a third of the way cross the north facade on 29th Street. The main entrance is to the right, with glass double-doors between a couple of vents and a large plate-glass window. In 2015 a new canopy installation was added to the entry area. It consists of a semi-circular red steel beam projecting from the top of the ground floor, supported by cables suspended from two attachment points at the 3rd floor. A framework of white steel girders extends outward from the facade, across the curved beam and out to the sidewalk, supporting a glass canopy on top. The far west end of the ground floor has two bays of triple-windows.

The upper floors on the north facade have five bays of triple-windows, and two bays of single-windows to their left, with no openings at the east end. The windows all have white metal framing, and there are air-conditioning vents below the triple-windows. Concrete floor plates are visible between each floor.

The east facade on the avenue a middle bay of double-windows, with two triple-window bays on either side, and then double-window end bays. All have white metal framing and air-conditioning vents. The north part of the west facade overlooking the neighboring church has one bay of single-windows. There is a roof deck at the northeast corner of the roof. The building contains 146 apartment units. The ground floor along the avenue is occupied by Unique Boutique, Petopia, Crown Royal Barber Shop, and Dunkin' Donuts.
