5-story residential building completed in 1875. It is clad in red brick above a ground floor faced in black-painted brick and textured stone panels between beige iron piers. The east facade on the avenue has a residential entrance at the south end, with a black metal door. To the right is a wide double-window split by a wide mullion, and at the north end is an entrance to the commercial space with a green wood-and-glass door. The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with flat, beige stone sills and lintels. The roof cornice has been removed, leaving a bare parapet.

The wider north facade on 29th Street is divided into six bays on the ground floor, with no windows. The upper floors have six bays of single-windows like those on the east facade, two of which have been bricked-in. A black metal fire escape runs down the middle two bays. The ground floor is occupied by Paddy Reilly's Music Bar.
