9-story cooperative-apartment building completed in 1984. Designed by Joe Hakimian, it is set far back from the sidewalk and clad in tan brick. The entrance on the left has a glass door, sidelight, and transom below a rounded, green canvas canopy extending out over the sidewalk. To the right is a basement areaway enclosed by a low brick wall and metal fencing, behind which is a basement entrance down a set of steps, and two high-set, small double-windows at the 1st floor.

The upper floors have end bays of small double-windows and a middle bay with sliding glass doors opening onto square concrete balconies with metal railings. There are large metal air-conditioning vents below the outer bays. The top floor has a band of windows spanning the width of the facade, with no balcony.

The facade is topped by a tall brick bulkhead and a water tower. The building contains 10 co-op apartments.
