5-story residential building completed in 1873. It is clad in whitewashed red brick above a ground floor of stone with thin iron pilasters. The narrow entrance on the left has a white wood-and-glass door and a transom filled by a metal panel. To the right is a blank stone panel, and single-window, and a triple-window behind metal louvers, with transoms above each section also covered by louvers.

The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with stone sills and flat lintels painted white. A dark-grey metal fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a light-grey metal roof cornice with brackets, modillions, and panels.
