4-story residential building completed sometime in the late 1800s. It is faced in salmon-colored smooth-stucco above a ground-floor storefront of black cast-iron and glass. On the left of the storefront is a paneled black wooden door atop two steps, accessing the residential floors. The ground floor has three partially-fluted iron pilasters framing the main entrance and storefront.

The upper floors have three bays of single-windows in segmental-arched openings with simple, flat sills. A thin metal coping marks the roof line. The exposed south elevation is a former party wall, but the once-existing neighboring building have been demolished, leaving a blank wall with no openings, stuccoed and painted light-tan. The ground floor is occupied by E Mayan Studio.
