9-story mid-century modern residential building completed in 1967. Designed by Clarence Lilien & Associates, it is clad in red ironspot brick (a re-clad in 2012 from the original glazed white and blue brick). The ground floor along the avenue is lined with storefronts. The upper floors have, from south to north, a tripartite window bay, a double-window bay, two more tripartite windows, a double-window, another tripartite window, and a final double-window bay, all with silver aluminum framing and thin stone sills. Air-conditioning vents are located below each tripartite window. The roof line is marked by a thin stone band, surmounted by a metal-and-glass railing.
The northern storefront has a short return at the west end of the facade on 30th Street. Farther left is a black metal service door and the main entrance, with metal-framed glass double-doors and a transom flanked by black granite piers (the western one wider and inscribed with the address), and covered by a stainless-steel box canopy. Continuing east the ground floor splits into two levels, with a tripartite window and a double-window on the upper level, and metal vents below, then a recessed bay with a tripartite window above a gated basement entrance paired with a double-window, and finally two levels of two bays of double-windows at the east end. The upper floors have, from west to east, a single-window bay, a smaller single-window, a double-window bay, two tripartite windows, another double-window, two more tripartite window bays, and two more double-window bays.
The building contains 102 apartment units. The ground floor at the west end is occupied by Future Village Farm smoke shop, Color Nails Bar, and Accent restaurant.
