5-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1879. It is clad in red brick above a stone ground floor that has been joined with the two neighboring buildings to create a large commercial space. The stone on the ground floor is painted blue-grey, and there is a commercial entrance with a glass door to the left of which is a wide plate-glass show-window. At the south end is the residential entrance, with black wood-and-glass double-doors. The entire ground floor across the three buildings is topped by a band with a colored tile mosaic and a curved metal awning.
The upper floors have two bays of double-windows divided by black iron mullions. There is beige stone banding across each floor at the tops and bottoms of the windows, which have beige stone sills and lintels (curved at the 3rd & 5th floors, flat at the others) that feature delicate carvings at the corners and on the keystones. There are voids in the brick at the middle of the facade on each floor in a vertical notch shape with pointed upper and lower ends, and smaller diamond-shaped voids between floors, with beige stone backings. These shapes are repeated but cut in half at both edges of the facade. A black metal fire escape runs down the south half of the facade, which is crowned by a bracketed black metal roof cornice atop a brick dentil course. The ground floor is occupied by Simon's Hardware & Bath.
