4-story Italianate/Neo-Renaissance residential building completed in 1879. It is clad in red brick above a stone ground floor that has been joined with the two neighboring buildings to create a large commercial space. The stone on the ground floor is painted blue-grey, and there is a recessed entrance with glass double-doors between two plate-glass show-windows with angled inner panes. At the north end is the residential entrance, with a glass door. The entire ground floor across the three buildings is topped by a band with a colored tile mosaic and a curved metal awning.

The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with curved stone lintels and bracketed sills. A black metal fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade. The roof cornice has been removed. The ground floor is occupied by Simon's Hardware & Bath.
