5-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed sometime in the 1880s. It is clad in red brick above a stone ground floor that has been joined with the two neighboring buildings to create a large commercial space. The stone on the ground floor is painted blue, and there is a recessed entrance with a glass door and sidelight between two plate-glass show-windows. To the north is a recessed entrance to the upper floors, also with a glass door. The entire ground floor across the three buildings is topped by a band with a colored tile mosaic and a curved metal awning.

The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with projecting, beige stone sills, peaked and hooded lintels, and banding across each floor at the tops and bottoms of the windows. A black metal fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with brackets and panels. The ground floor is occupied by Simon's Hardware & Bath.
