It is clad in yellow brick, with the very slightly-recessed main entrance at the west end of the ground floor, with metal-framed glass double-doors and sidelights. To the left are three triple-windows. The upper floors have four bays of triple-windows in black metal framing, with a wider space between the two inner bays. They all have simple brick sills and metal air-conditioning vents below them.

A pair of black metal fire escapes runs down the facade, which is topped by a concrete coping and a metal railing. The building contains 39 apartment units.
