13-story postmodern residential building completed in 2007. Designed by Manuel Glas, it has a front facade of red brick, and an all-glass rear facade. The front facade is two bays wide, with wide single-windows with stone sills. At the ground floor the north bay contains the entrance, with glass double-doors below a small glass-and-metal canopy, and the south bay has a double-window with an iron grille.

There is a setback above the 9th floor at the north bay, and above the 10th floor at the south bay. The top floors have a section of glass curtain wall extending up to a terrace enclosed by a glass railing. At the north end is a masonry column extending up to the roof line, with a vertical band of decorative black metal fins wrapping around the corner. A small metal balcony with glass railings projects from the north wall (over the adjoining building) at the 12th floor.

The upper levels of the south elevation are mostly brick, with a bay of large windows near the rear. Above the setback, the top floors continue the curtain of glass that wraps around three sides of the building. The building contains 12 condominium units.
